Tucked within the snow of the Adras Mountains, the See’er act as the Oracles of the Future. The silent oracles of the north see all.
The See’er and the Saltiguine
The See’er is a culture nestled in the depths of the snow-capped Adras Mountains. They’re secluded enough to have a totally different feel from other cultures. They’re part of Garuda and yet always in the shadows. But more importantly, they *like* that.
The See’er is a culture that has the highest number of diviners and their own unique specialty of diviners, the Saltiguine. They are the ones who can see the future. The view may not be crystal clear, it may not come to fruition in full, but they can see the threads of fate.
The small embers that start a fire are similar in time and fate. The Saltiguine can see those embers, those beginning strings of destiny. And that brings them solace and peace. People from around the world make the trek to the See’er capital city of Fatick to have their fates read.
The See’er is also the hidden backbone of the Divine Order of the Phoenix with their elder diviners making up the organization. They provide recon and information for the governmental body. While the Karu take the credit for the organization, and the Dihoma for the might, the See’er are the eyes of the land.
Heed their callings.
